Aaron Joseph Madugno

Aaron Joseph Madugno Of Deposit, NY Aaron J. Madugno, 42 of Deposit, NY passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 18, 2021, in Winnett, Montana. Aaron was predeceased by his father Pat Madugno and his sister Sarah Madugno. He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Amanda Madugno; daughters Autumn & Ashley Madugno; mother Sharon Madugno Lindridge; brothers Ryan and Nicholas Madugno; mother and father-in-law Adolf and Elaine Schaefer; brothers-in-law Andrew and Daniel Schaefer; grandparents Wilbur & Laura Decker; many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Aaron graduated from Deposit High School in 1997 and then attended SUNY Delhi obtaining his New York State Certification in Welding. Aaron was a dairy farmer and a logger, working with his family on Schaefer Farm. He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing with his father-in-law, his brothers, and his daughters. In 2014, Aaron and Amanda began their maple syrup business. Aaron loved everything about being in the woods and spending time with his family. He was an incredibly hard worker who always pushed others to be their best. He loved his family above all. Every conversation with Aaron ended with “I love you.” He will be incredibly missed by all who knew him. A Celebration of Life will be held on September 25, 2021 at 10am at Fireman’s Park in Deposit, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
