Alice Miszler, 72, born on June 21, 1953, in Scranton, Pennsylvania, passed away on December 15, 2025, in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, whose warmth and kindness touched everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Alice graduated from Bishop O'Hara High School in Dunmore, PA. After high school, Alice poured herself into her family life, cherishing every moment spent with her children and grandchildren, which she regarded as her greatest joy.

Alice is survived by her beloved husband, Bernard Miszler of Ararat, PA, and her children: Kathleen and Jeremy Heiber, of Susquehanna, PA, Laura and Arthur Straway, of Ararat, PA, Cynthia and Lee Hugaboom, of Union Dale, PA, Beverly Miszler, Brenda Ruppert, and Lisa Ruppert. She also had the privilege of being a grandmother to many, as well as a proud great-grandmother. Alice is further survived by her siblings, Cathy and Tony Musso and Joseph and Karen Perry; many nieces and nephews, and her cherished dogs, Rocky and Mickey.

Alice was predeceased by her parents, Earl and Catherine Perry, as well as her son, Joseph Viveiros, and her daughter, Nicole Pinch. Their memories remained alive in her heart, as she often spoke of the joy they brought to her life.

A private graveside service for Alice will be held at Saint Mary of Mount Carmel Cemetery located in Dunmore, Pennsylvania.
