Alice Schambach

Alice E. Schambach Of Deposit, NY Alice Elizabeth Schambach, born in Springfield, MA on February 22, 1947, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 30, 2019. She was predeceased by her mother Elizabeth Jane Buck and father Sgt. John Buck. She settled and raised her family in Deposit, NY. She is survived by her children John Schambach (Bobbie) and their children Alexander and Nicholas; Robert Schambach (Patricia) and their children Brittany, Brandon and Brady; Sister Bobbi Gerrish; her faithful companion, her rescue pup Willie and other extended family members and friends. She was employed as a legal secretary for many years in and around Binghamton area. She took pride in knitting hats, mittens, socks and sweaters for her family and those in need for over 50 years. She enjoyed and spoke joyously of travels, dinners and craft fairs with her dear friends Marge and Beverly. She will be missed by her family, notably her grandchildren whom she adored and was abundantly proud of. Private services are being arranged by her family at her request. A celebration of life will be held at a later date, information to follow.
