Angelo James Petriello

Angelo James Petriello Of Ararat, PA       Angelo Petriello, 65 of Ararat, PA passed away on Thursday, December 27, 2018 at his home surrounded by his loving family. He was predeceased by his parents Vincent James & Mary Ann (Martucciello) Petriello and wife Joanne Petriello. Angelo is survived by his Long Term Partner Angela Leone; children Vincent James Petriello, Vera Lucia Soares-Mendes & Devin Ralston, Angela Christine Petriello, and James Marcus Petriello; brother Anthony J. Petriello; sisters Ann Marie & Michael Bull and Tina Petriello; grandchildren Tyler, Maya, Emma, Gavin, Dennon and Devin; and nephew Joseph Bull. Angelo served in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was retired from the NYPD. Following his retirement he moved to Pennsylvania and became the owner of “A & A Sheds” in Hallstead, PA. He was a member of the St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Jackson, PA.  Angelo loved his dogs, watching country western TV shows, reading and cooking. Most important to Angelo was spending time with his loving family who will miss him dearly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday, December 31, 2018 at 11am at St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Jackson, PA with Rev. David Cramer officiating. Interment will be held in the St. Paul’s Cemetery, Starrucca, PA.
