Audrey Mae Wheeler Of Susquehanna, PA   Audrey Mae Wheeler, 75 of SR 171, Susquehanna, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2014, at her home, after an illness.   Audrey was predeceased by her loving husband Harold Wheeler; son, Robert Wheeler; parents Nelson and Helen French; brothers, Raymond French, Carl French, Stewart French, and Edgar French; a sister Marion Klym; and grandchild Jeffrey Moyer.   She was survived by her two sons and daughter-in law Jeffrey and Susan Wheeler and Michael Wheeler; two daughters and son-in-law Roxanne Moyer, and Denise and Kenneth Bowerman; one grandchild and seven great grandchildren.   Audrey was devoted to her late husband, children, and friends. She loved gardening, crafts, and homemaking. She was the tax collector for Harmony Twp. For 23 years. She was an Auxiliary member of the American Legion Post #86 and the Freedom Lodge #328 and made a lot of pies over the years. She loved to visit with people, bowling trips with the girls and their weekly card games and enjoying the pool. She helped her elderly neighbors. Her loving ways will be deeply missed—a mother’s love can’t be replaced.   A funeral service will be held at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA, on Saturday December 13, 2014, at 1pm with Pastor Kevin Setzer officiating. Interment will be held at a later date in the North Jackson Cemetery, North Jackson, PA.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, December 13, 2014 from 11am to 1pm.   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute.
