Barbara Reynolds, 80, of Deposit, NY, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024, at Willow Point Nursing Home in Vestal, NY.

She was predeceased by her parents Milton & Evelyn Decker; and loving husband Paul Reynolds; and brother David Decker

Barbara is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Shelly & Dale Corson; granddaughters Danielle Gorman (Chad Uplinger) and Jessica Corson; sister Shirley Mills, Linda Faigle, Patti Vandermark; brother-in-law James &Cathy Reynolds; special friends Alice and Ginger, many nieces and nephews.

Barbara was born and raised in Deposit, NY and graduated from Deposit Central High School. After high school she worked at the Dress Factory in Deposit, NY, Automation and Bard Parker, and was a cook at the Diner in McClure. She volunteered at the Deposit Closet for several years. Barbara was an avid NY Yankees fan, she also enjoyed cooking and sewing. Most important to Barbara was spending time with her loving family which included attending her granddaughter’s softball games.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, February 2, 2024, at 11am at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 78 Second St. Deposit, NY 13754.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Thursday, February 1, 2024, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 8pm.

Interment will be in Ball’s Eddy Cemetery, Winterdale, PA.
