Benita Mae Lake Of Susquehanna, PA Benita Mae Lake, 64 of Susquehanna, PA passed away on Saturday, January 28, 2017 in Jackson, PA after an illness. Benita was predeceased by her Father Donald Arthur Lake and Husband Larry James Phillips. She was survived by her Mother Joan Lake; son Larry James Phillips Jr.; Brother Donald Arthur Lake Jr. and Linda; Grandchildren Samantha Phillips, Brett Phillips, and Rhonda Phillips; 2 Great Grandchildren; Uncles Daniel and Cheryl Rupakus and William and Ida Rupakus; nephew Donald Arthur Lake III and Natasha; close friend Betty; and many cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
