Beverly J. Smith, 76, of Susquehanna, PA, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, December 27th, 2025.

She was predeceased in death by her parents, Joseph and Ellen Pooler, her brother Charles Pooler, and good friend, Clinton E. Smith.

She is survived by her spouse, Brian Burman; daughters Amy Rychlicki and husband Michael, Kelly M. Osterhout and husband Michael; siblings Shirley Swackhammer (Daniel), Peggie Pickering (Larry), and Joseph Pooler, Jr; grandchildren Michael Rychlicki Jr and Madison Rychlicki; nieces and nephew Julieanne Swackhammer, Theresa Corse, Daniel Swackhammer, Tina Pooler, and Tara Conklin, along with many dear friends including Robin Truex, Cyrena Kuss, Georganne Darling, Lila Hayes, and Sandy Slocum.

Beverly took care of more than 75 people in their home over the years as caregiver. She had a heart of gold and always had a smile on her face. She loved her family and friends, and especially loved spending time with the love of her life, Brian.

Services will be held on Saturday, January 3rd, 2025, at the Susquehanna Community Christian Church, 1361 Main St. Susquehanna, PA, 18847. Viewing will be held from 1-3pm, with a service immediately following.
