Bruce Allen Benjamin Of Windsor, NY Bruce Allen Benjamin, 68 is with the Lord. Bruce died Saturday, November 14, 2015 at Barnes Kasson Hospital. Bruce was born in Brooklyn, NY on May 30, 1947 to Justin Benjamin, Sr., and Helen (nee) Insadowski Benjamin. In the 1950’s the family moved to West Islip, NY. Bruce played on his dad’s little league team and worked in his dad’s gas station in Bayshore, NY. He was very active in sports and was an avid Yankee and Jets fan. After high school, he was recruited and served in the Army during the Vietnam War. After that Bruce went on to college and pursued a career in the field of psychology. His true talent was in Management and Sales and after managing for many years at H.A.Guden, Bruce semi-retired to Windsor, NY where he consulted for Normont Industries. Bruce was gentle, strong, focused, while still maintaining a sense of humor people both loved and respected him, he will be sorely missed. Bruce is predeceased by his sister Barbara Archilla and his brother Justin Benjamin. He is survived by his wife Theresa (nee) Hasson Benjamin, his daughter Tiffany Ann Kish, and his grandson Daniel Kish; his sisters Margot Matthews, Ellicott City, Md., Judy Boughal, Cobleskill, NY and Eileen Benjamin, North Andover, Mass; and his brothers Robert Benjamin, Liverpool, NY and Alan Benjamin, West Islip, NY and numerous nieces and grand nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. A mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015, at 10:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, Windsor, NY. with Rev. Dwyer officiating. Interment will be at Gate of Heaven in Hawthorne, NY. The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave, Susquehanna, PA, on Sunday from 4 to 7pm.
