Byron C. White Of Susquehanna, PA In loving memory of Byron C. White, “Whitey”, December 10, 2015. Byron went to be with the lord after a valiant battle with cancer. He was surrounded by his loving family members at his home when he went onto his next journey. Byron was born on May 15, 1942, in Tunkhannock, PA the son of the late Ralph and Lottie White. Byron was very blessed as he says to have had a great life and loving family and lucky to of had two great women in his life. Byron is preceded in death by his first wife Rose Mary (Glover) White. He is survived by his current loving wife Patricia White who was loyally beside him. Byron is survived by his loving children; David (Jackie) White, Kevin White, Brian White, Keith (Malenda) White, Kim (Dave) Kapler, Penny (Jim) Hoover, Nikki (Ray) Swanson, Bobbi Jo (Chad) Norris and his 15 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren and sisters and brothers; Melvin White, Marian Glover, Hazel (Bill) Durling. Byron will always be thought of for his hunting trips, polka music and endless love for his family. If love could cure cancer, he would have won the battle. He was a 50 year member of the Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 794, and a 50 year Lifetime Member of the Canawacta Rod & Gun Club and a member of the American Legion Post #86, all of Susquehanna. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at 7pm at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, with Pastor Kevin Setzer officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 4 to 7pm.
