Carolin J. Elmendorf, 75, of Windsor, NY passed away on Monday, May 15, 2023, at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital in Binghamton, NY.

She was predeceased by her parents Ralph Seibert & Mary Alice; husband Robert Elmendorf Jr.; brother Kenneth Seibert, two sisters-in-law Mary and Amy Seibert.

Carolin is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Heather & Gary Airwyke; two brothers Ralph & Kathy Seibert, and John Seibert; grandchildren Justin (Britney), Tylor, Cody, Hayden (Mikaela), and Rosemary; great grandchildren, Mae Lynn, Sakarri, Titus, and Chance; and many nieces and nephews including Ricky (Roselynne) Seibert, Kenny Seibert, and Mary Seibert.

Carolin was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY. After her father retired, she moved to upstate, NY with her family. She worked at NCI in Vestal, NY and also did Tax Preparation. Carolin was a loving mother and grandmother who never forgot a birthday or holiday. She was a caring and giving person who was always willing to help anyone in need. Carolin was animal lover especially to her cats. She was a super fan of Stephen King and dragons. Carolin will be dearly missed by her loving family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 10, 2023, at 12:00pm at Our Lady of Lourdes Church in 594 Kent St. Windsor, NY 13865, Windsor, NY.
