Charles S. Korsgren

Charles S. Korsgren Of Susquehanna, PA Charles S. Korsgren, 82, resident of Susquehanna, PA passed away on Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at Meadowview Nursing Home in Montrose, PA. He was born on September 8, 1938; son of the late Katherine & Sigfrid Korsgren. Charles was also predeceased by his daughter Christine Ficarro; and his first wife Carol Korsgren. He is survived by his children Catherine & Victor Dubanowitz, Charles P. Korsgren (Lisa), Ingrid McCabe, Shawn & Nancy Korsgren, and Brendan Korsrgen (Molly); grandchildren Jessica and Meghan Ficarro, Kevin & Jessica Dubanowitz, Patrick and Brandon McCabe, Shannon and Ryan Korsgren, Nichole and Connor Korsgren; great grandchildren, Aaray, Jenna, Leah, Jason and Adam; Sisters Patsy Nataline and Kathleen Perry. Charles was a member of the Armed Forces for many years, serving in several branches. After his time in the service, he went to work for the Erie Lackawanna Railroad and Conrail. After retiring from the railroad, he went to work for Com Air Airlines. Charles enjoyed sitting by the lake and with his dog Katie. He will be dearly missed by all of his loving family and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 11am at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church in Susquehanna, PA. Interment will be held in the St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA.
