Cindy Monroe (Frost), 61, of Susquehanna, PA passed away Wednesday, April 16, 2025.
Cindy was born on March 27, 1964 to Elizabeth & Edwin Frost.
She is survived by her daughter Andrea Buer; son-in-law Bradley Buer; along with 3 grandkids, Tristan, Gavin and Garrett; brothers James Tuttle, Jerry Treible and Jack Frost; and sister Barbara Treible.
Cindy spent 9 years in the US Naval Service. She was known for her creativity and smiling personality. She was beloved by her family and will be missed by so many.
Per Cindy’s wishes there will be no services.
