Clifford H. Lavell, 73, of Thompson, PA, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at Regional Hospital in Scranton, PA.

He was predeceased by his parents Clifford A. & Margaret Lavell and sister Rowena Lavell.

Clifford is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Kathleen (Wentworth) Lavell; daughter and son -in-law Alana & Eric Goldstein; son and daughter-in-law Matthew & Nicole Lavell; grandchildren Gillian, Natalie, and Claire Goldstein, and Reese, Brooke, and Graham Lavell; brothers-in-law Kevin Wentworth, Shaun & Jane Wentworth and Finn & Kim Wentworth; sisters -in-law Mary Ann & (Franklin) Wentworth, Pegeen & Michael Luther, Rose & David Nakamura, Geri & Scott Pierson, Tina Earl, and Liza Wentworth; and several nieces and nephews.

Clifford was born in Newark, NJ and raised in Mount Tabor, NJ. He worked at Warner Lambert Pharmaceutical Company in New Jersey for many years. Clifford enjoyed reading, tinkering in his garage, fishing, antique cars and “rust”. His greatest joy was his grandchildren who he loved to spend time with. He will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at 1pm at South Gibson United Methodist Church, 2839 State Route 2067, Union Dale, PA 18470.
