Clinton was born on February 15, 1949 in Susquehanna, PA. He graduated from Susquehanna Consolidated School. Clinton enlisted in the Navy when he was 20 years old. He served 11 1/2 years as active Military, and then re-enlisted in the Naval Reserves 10 days after retiring from active duty. He served aboard The USS Pocono, USS Nashville, and USNS Kingsport. Clinton worked at Frito-Lay for 26 years, alongside his dear Frito-Lay family. Clinton enjoyed helping others, spending time with family and friends, taking pictures, reading, collecting coins & stamps, ringing the bell for the Salvation Army, traveling, and having 'extremely' long talks with the son he never had, "Mr. Brown." Daughters Amy and Kelly along with Mr. Brown had the pleasure of caring for Clinton at home during the last chapter of his life. At home, he enjoyed sharing stories, sitting outside in the sun, doing laps with his 'supped up' walker, and entertaining the many visitors who came to spend time with him. A very special thanks to Lourdes Hospital, specifically SR. Herme (Hermenegilde M. Naluyima) and Lourdes Hospice, especially Erin Johnson and Cathy Dillenbeck. Another special thanks to our dear friend, Monica Usiak, for her help and assistance in making final arrangements for Clinton. Lastly, a special thanks to Kelly's NYSEG family for all of the wonderful food.
