Damian Anthony Silipo Jr. Of Susquehanna, PA Damian “Tony” Silipo Jr., 57 of Susquehanna, PA passed away unexpectedly November 8, 2019 at the Barnes Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna, PA. He was predeceased by his father Damian Silipo Sr. Tony is survived by his loving wife Michele, her children Christopher & Anthony; Tony’s son Damian and daughter Sheridan; granddaughters Jillian & Annabelle; mother Shirley Silipo; brothers and sisters-in-law Daniel & Corrine Mott, Mark & Teresa Silipo; sister Daphne Cowperthwait & brother-in-law Chris Carver; and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends whom he loved. Tony was currently working at Rain for Rent; where he drove truck. He previously worked for Crowley Foods, was a General Contractor and restored hardwood flooring. He spent many years as a volunteer firefighter. Tony was a great outdoorsman; hunting, fishing, bird watching; anything to do with nature he loved. Second to that was sports & politics. He also enjoyed traveling with his wife Michele. Tony was a selfless person who was always trying to give back; even after his passing he fulfilled his promise as an organ donor and was enrolled in the “Gift of Life” program. He was a loving husband, son, brother, father & grandfather who will be dearly missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at the St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, in Susquehanna, PA on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at 10am. The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA on Friday, November 15, 2019 from 5 to 8pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in support of President Donald Trump; or to “Hunters Sharing the Harvest” 6780 Hickory Lane, Harrisburg, PA 17112 (sharedeer.org).
