Dennis, formerly of Keansburg, NJ and resident of Deposit for the last 25+ years, passed away peacefully at Wilson Hospital on March 20, 2025.

Dennis was predeceased by his mother and father Kenneth & Margaret Lynch; his brother Michael Lynch; and longtime companion Rebecca Schmitt.

Dennis is survived by his two children Donna Lynch and Kenny Lynch; his grandchildren and great grandchildren; his sister Donna Altschuh (Rick Williams) and Roseanne Davidson (David Davidson); nephews Rich Altschuh (Stephanie), Joe Loori and Michael Lynch; nieces Christine Decker (Darren), Kimberly Scofield (Matt), Amanda Hathaway (Luke), Tiffany Davidson (Nick) and Fawn Lynch; many great nieces and nephews; and a lot of good friends and special ladies Teri, Allison and Ann.

Dennis met many people while working with his good friend Harry Warner and just bumping into people while roaming around town or while walking his best bud “Benny”. He enjoyed collecting lighthouses, listening to the oldies and rooting for his favorite team, the New York Jets. Dennis would do anything for anyone, anytime! He was loved by all and will be greatly missed.

At his request there will not be any services. But please join us for a Celebration of his life at a later date. Date and place will be announced in the future.
