Donna Jane Seamans

Donna Jane Seamans Of Susquehanna, PA Donna Jane Seamans passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, November 3, 2021. She was born on February 14, 1958 to the late Wandell and Emma Welch. She’s also predeceased by her husband of 35 years, Wilson Seamans in December 2020; son Chad Welch in July 2020; brother Lloyd “Bud” Welch; brother-in-law Howard & Frances Seamans; and grandson Chad Jr. She’s survived by her daughters Emma Seamans and Kimberly Seamans (Josh Ellis); daughter-in-law April Welch; siblings Nancy & Harold Shay, Rick & Barb Welch, Jeffrey Welch and Gail & Dave Hankey; brother-in-law Charles Thurston; grandchildren Faith Welch, Brooke Welch, Hunter Ellis, Lincoln Ellis, Cameron Gulley, Leland Gulley and Chase Gulley; great grandson Chase Welch; and one grandchild on the way. Donna enjoyed dirt racing, you could always find her and Wilson on Friday nights at PennCan Speedway. She loved taking her daughters and grandkids to parks and on trips. She also loved baking cookies for holidays and simply being with loved ones. She spoiled everyone at celebrations. Donna had several nieces, nephews and a lot of friends who she loved dearly. There will be no services but a Celebration of Life at a later date. Donna will be missed by everyone, she’s now back in her husband’s arms.
