  Dorothy Amelia SnyderOf Oakland, Pa.   Dorothy Amelia Snyder,81, of State Street Oakland, Pa. passed away Thursday July 4, 2013 at the Barnes Kasson Hospital.   She was born in Thompson, Pa. the daughter of the late Fred & Rena (Westgate) Crandall. She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years George Snyder, Jr.; son George Snyder, III and son-in-law Joe Skiba.   Dorothy is survived by two daughters Carol Skiba; Cindy & Vincent LoVuolo; brother Donald Crandall; sister Virginia & Richard Tripp; five grandchildren Joseph & Kathy Skiba IV; April & Dean Rhone; Barbra & Robert Presley; Kristina LoVuolo; Angela LoVuolo; nine great grandchildren Micaela Rhone; Miranda Rhone; Alexia Presley; Mckenzie Rhone; Austin Presley; Danielle Skiba; Ava Presley; Alanah Proutey; Miguel Enriquez; several nieces and nephews.   Dorothy worked at Arrow Spinning in Susquehanna before her retirement. She enjoyed dancing, shopping and visiting with her friends at the Churchview Apartments, but she loved spending time with her daughters and grandchildren.   A private funeral service was held by the family. Burial was in the Rosehill Cemetery  in Hallstead, Pa.
