Douglas Charles Decker, 69, of Windsor, NY, passed away on Sunday, November 27, 2022, at his home.

He was predeceased by his parents Horace E. & Frances (Moore) Decker; sister Mary Decker Deiztman; brother Joe Decker; partner Susan Reynolds.

Douglas is survived by his children Douglas Decker Jr and life partner Rachelle, and Anthony Reynolds and his life partner Shannon; stepchildren, Fred Carman, and James Reynolds; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; siblings, Anna, Marjorie, Rhea, Ethel, Michael, Sharon, Jennie, Catherine, and Jeffery; many nieces and nephews.

Douglas was born in Deposit, NY and graduated from Windsor High School, in Windsor, NY. He worked at Maine’s Paper and Food in Conklin, NY for several years. Douglas was a compassionate man who was always willing to help anyone in need. If he was not out helping someone, he was fishing, which was one of his passions. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed playing pranks on his family and friends. Douglas will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
