Elaine M. Hobart Of Stevens Point, Pa.   Elaine M. Hobart of Stevens Point, Pa. passed away Tuesday May 29, 2018 at the Barnes Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna, Pa. She was born in Honolulu, Hawaii the daughter of the late John H. & Rebecca Cummings. She was predeceased by three brothers Jimmy, Sonny , Earl and one sister Theresa. Elaine is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Ellis Hobart, two sons David & Patricia Hobart Sr.; Kenneth & Loraine Hobart; Daughter Debbie & Bob Cole; Daughter-in-law Joleane Haley; seven grandchildren, David Hobart Jr., Raymond & Rachael Hobart, Benjamin & Tennille Hobart, April Hadlick, Courtney & Michael Stocoski, Abbie Hobart and Carter Hobart; seven great grandchildren William, Hunter, Rykin, Ryder, Royal, Isabelle, and Ben Hobart. Also, her oldest and dearest friend, Twylla Phillips and all her "OHANA" whom she always carried close to her heart. Elaine worked at the Barnes Kasson Hospital in the Dietary Department for over 30 years until her retirement. She loved bowling, casinos, and taking bus trips with Ellis and friends. Elaine also enjoyed her many years of participation in the B.K Awards Club. Elaine was a member of the St. Martin of Tours Roman Catholic Church in Jackson, PA. Most important to Elaine was her family who she loved to spend time with and take care of, all of whom will miss her dearly. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Monday June 4th at 10am at St. John’s Church in Susquehanna, Pa. by Rev. David Cramer. Interment will be in Stevens Point Cemetery, Stevens Point, Pa., followed by a luncheon at the American Legion Post 86, Main St. Susquehanna, PA. The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home 747 Jackson Ave Susquehanna, Pa. on Sunday June 3rd from 4 to 7pm.
