Ellen McGuire Treacy, 94, of Edgefield, SC, formerly of Thompson, PA, entered into rest on June 4th, 2023.

Ellen was born In Galway, Ireland as the daughter of John McGuire & Bridgette Killeney McGuire. She was a loving homemaker and loved to make blankets to donate to retirement homes. She enjoyed playing bingo.

Ellen is survived by her six children, two sisters and several grand, great & great-great-grandchildren.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Stephen Treacy.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00am at St. John’s Cemetery in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania.

The family will receive guests at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA on Friday, June 16, 2023 from 10:00am to 11:00am.
