Erwin Jay Hine

Erwin Jay Hine Of Kingsley, PA       Erwin Jay Hine, 62, of Kingsley, PA, passed away after an illness on Tuesday, January 20, 2015, at the Barnes Kasson Hospital, in Susquehanna, PA. Jay as he was known was born in Susquehanna, PA, the son of the late Basil and Maude Hine. He was predeceased by his four brothers Glen, Clifton, Donald and Douglas; two sisters Iliene and Rebecca. Jay is survived by his daughter Julie Ann Hine; two sisters Dawn Bills and Sharon Wolf; many cousins, nieces and nephews. Jay was employed by Arrow Spinning for many years as a manager until Robinson Anton bought Arrow and moved the company to Waverly, PA where he worked until they relocated to North Carolina in 2007. He loved NASCAR racing and rooting for Rusty Wallace and Carl Edwards. He also enjoyed hunting, the farm and all of the animals. Jay will be dearly missed by all of his family and friends. A memorial service will be held at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA on Saturday January 31, 2015 at 2pm. Interment will be held in the Gelatt Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
