Frances Mae Graves

    Frances Mae Graves Of Susquehanna, PA    Frances Mae Graves (Lawrence), 71 of Susquehanna, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, October 8, 2013, at the Barnes Kasson Hospital. She will be greeted in heaven by her loving husband of 53 years Ira “Skeet” Graves who passed away in August of 2013. She is predeceased by her son Michael and a grandson; her parents Harvey Lawrence and Emma (Guy) Woodruff. Frances is survived by her two children Pat ,of Lanesboro, PA, and Tina (Glen) of Hallstead, PA, her grandchildren Stephanie (Ray) Johnson, Aaron Whitney, Haylie Graves, and Phoebe Johnson; brothers Edwin Lawrence and Fred Lawrence; sisters Della (Ben) Barnes and Kay (Frtiz) Vail; sisters-in-law Minnie Graves and Margaret Graves; several generations of nieces and nephews; and two very special friends Carol Lutchko and Jim Whitman. Her love, joy and extroverted personality will be greatly missed by all. A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2013, at 11am, at the First Baptist Church in Susquehanna, PA, with Pastor Gary Day officiating. Burial will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeview, PA. A viewing will be held at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA, on Friday, October 11, 2013, from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm.
