Geraldine “Geri” M. Lamb, 84, of Thompson, PA, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, at Barnes Kasson Hospital after a brief illness.

Geri was born on January 30, 1940, to the late Frederick & Marjorie (Coddington) Edwards.

She was predeceased by her husband Elvin who she missed dearly; two sisters Donna Trynoski, Nellie Hammond; and nephew James Trynoski.

She is survived by a daughter and son in law Tina & Robert Hall; son and daughter-in-law Bradley & Grace Lamb; her grandchildren that she loved much Brendan Lamb, Jessica Lamb, and Ryan Hall; sister Shirly Forker (Rob); several nieces and nephews.

Geri worked several years at Barnes Kasson Hospital in several departments until she retired in 2002. After retiring she took care of her grandkids until they were all in or out of school. She returned to work at Barnes Kasson and was still currently employed. She enjoyed working and staying busy. Geri loved to garden and share the vegetables she grew with her family and friends. She also surrounded her home with beautiful flowers. Geri will be dearly missed by all her loving family and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at Noon at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA.

Interment will be in the McKune Cemetery, Oakland, PA.

The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Tuesday, March 5, 2024, from 10am till Noon.
