Glenn E. Frisbie

November 25, 1928 — May 7, 2018

Glenn E. Frisbie Of Susquehanna, PA       It is with great sadness that the family of Glenn E. Frisbie, known to friends and family as Bud, annouce his passing. Bud passed away while at home on Monday, May 7th 2018 at the age of 89. He was predeceased by his mother Violet, brother Speed, sister Lillan, nephew Rick and his beloved kitty Tuck.  Bud was a veteran of the US Navy and he loved his country. He loved reading the good book as he would call it and he'd take every opportunity to tell us all about the good word. Family was so important to Bud. Whether he was talking to the boys about farming or watching the little ones dance around, his eyes and heart would light up each time he seen his great, great nieces and nephews. Paeton, Malaki, Rachel, L.J., Izaiah, Cayden, and Sophia meant the world to him. Bud enjoyed little fishing trips with the family even if he only caught minnows. Summer was his favorite time of year because that was when he could sit outside and tan his troubles away. He also enjoyed helping with the gardening around the house, giving ideas or just digging a hole for a tree he had to have. Bud always had a soft spot in his heart for all the animals that lived with him, Doc, Coco, Carlos, Chloe "cully" and Ozzie. He was so thankful for life and always had stories to share. One thing you could always bet on seeing is him sitting in his chair doing all his exercises and counting every single calorie he ate, but then while no one was looking sneaking off to get a snack.  In his younger years he worked on the Railroad and from the stories he told, he loved it. He and his brother would go to every auction around. He loved spending time at the Town Restaurant when it was open, talking with his friends. You could find him working on tractors outside. His life was completely fulfilled. Uncle Bud will be so greatly missed by his surviving family. His niece Sherry and her fiance Cecil. His great nephews and nieces; Larry and his wife Jessica "James", Michele "Mike" and her fiance Jason, Daniele "Danny", Cassandra and her husband Joe, Tai and his wife Katie, and Eric. His great great nieces and nephews; Paeton, Malaki, Rachel, L.J., Izaiah, Cayden, Sophia, Joseph, Zachary, Drake, Adalynn, Lia, Riley, Chance, Collin, and Tai Jr. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, May 11, 2018 at 11am at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA. Interment will be held in the Rose Hill Cemetery, Hallstead, PA. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Friday from 10 to 11am.
