Gregory Davey

Gregory Davey Of Susquehanna, PA     Gregory  Davey, 60, of Susquehanna, PA  passed away on Saturday, February 24, 2018 at the Moses Taylor Hospital in Scranton, PA after an illness. He was predeceased by his parents Thomas and Muriel Davey of Glen Rock ,NJ  and Susquehanna. Greg is survived by his siblings Jeffrey and Kathy Davey, Jeannine and Thomas Kenny, Margaret and Steven Biegert, and Christopher & Valerie Davey; also 10 nieces and nephews and his much-loved cousins. Greg was born in Florida and grew up in Glen Rock, New Jersey.  Greg worked for Air Gas Supply Company for 11 years while residing in Brewster, NY.  He was also a volunteer for the Brewster Fire Company.   Greg moved to Susquehanna in 2007 and made it his home.  He worked for IRR Supply and the Susquehanna DPW.   Greg enjoyed camping, fishing, music, and his time at the beach. Greg loved trivia, to laugh, tell jokes and spend time with his family and friends.  When Greg walked into a room...the party started.   A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Saturday, March 3, 2018, at 11am at the St. John’s Church in Susquehanna, PA. Interment will be held in the St. John’s Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Toys For Tots (www.Toysfortots.org )
