  Homer Ferrante Jr. Of Susquehanna, PA    Homer Ferrante Jr., 66, of Bethel Hill Rd. Susquehanna, PA, passed away unexpectedly Monday, August 19, 2013. He is predeceased by his mother Jacqueline Penn; father Homer Ferrante Sr.; son Homer Ferrante III, and sister Carolyn Rooney Cottrell. Homer is survived by his wife Charlene Ferrante; two daughters and son-in-law, Jennifer and Mark Zappe, and Corina Ferrante; ten grandchildren, Megan, Stephanie and Mark Zappe, Courtney, Brandon, and Briana Ferrante, Tyrone and Kaylee Franklin and Javon Ferrante; a great granddaughter Madisonlyn Ferrante; sisters Connie Dragnet, and Rita Carr; two brothers Alfred and Archie Ferrante; several aunts, nieces and nephews. He served in the United States Army and was a retired Truck Driver. Homer enjoyed cooking but most of all he loved his children and grandchildren who will miss him deeply. A graveside memorial service will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery, on September 7, 2013 at 11am with Rev. Earl Cottrell officiating.
