Iva M. Gaylord

Iva M. Gaylord Of Lakeview, PA   Iva M. Gaylord, passed away peacefully at her home on October 29, 2015.   She was born on September 9, 1915 in Jackson Township to the late Harry and Sadie Daniels.   She was predeceased by her husband of more than 50 years Earl H. Gaylord and two brothers and three sisters.   She is survived by three children and their families; Kathy and Ron Busch of Colorado; Carol Osborne of New Jersey and Robert and Sherry Gaylord of Florida, 13 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren and four great, great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and companion of many years Terry White.   Iva and her husband owned and operated a successful dairy farm in Jackson, PA. She also enjoyed her gardening, her crafts and was a talented seamstress. After retiring from farming, they traveled extensively in their motor home and they spent winters in Florida until losing her husband in 2001.   Iva will be greatly missed by her family and friends.   A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 2, 2015, at 11:00am at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, PA, with Rev. Joe Travis officiating.   Burial will be in the Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeview, PA.   The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday from 10:00am to 11:00am.
