Janet V. Lynch

Janet V. (Whitmore) Lynch Of Susquehanna, PA       Janet V. (Whitmore) Lynch, 85, a resident at Meadow View Senior Living Center and formerly of Susquehanna, PA passed away peacefully on Monday, January 9, 2017 at Endless Mountains Health Systems. Janet was predeceased by her husband of 55 years Harold E. Lynch, parents Walter C. and Lois A. Whitmore; sister Linda M. Griffing and brother James F. Whitmore.   Janet is survived by one daughter Sharon (Lynch) Manzer, three sons Steven and Patricia Lynch, John and Chris Lynch, Russell and Ruth Lynch; seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; one brother in-law David Griffing of Pueblo, CO; and several nieces and nephews.   Janet worked for many years outside the home at Stow Manufacturing, Magnetic Labs and Miller Dodge. While at Meadow View Janet enjoyed playing Bingo, monthly birthday parties (she loved cake and ice cream) and listening to the different music groups.   The family would like to thank Dr. Speicher and all the nurses at Meadow View for all their wonderful care they gave to Janet over the last 5 ½ years. We would also like to thank the nurses at Endless Mountains Health Systems for making her last days comfortable for Janet and the family.   A graveside service in the North Jackson Cemetery will be announced at a later date.
