Jerald Lee Stevens, 66, of Deposit, NY passed away on Saturday, July 29, 2023, at UHS Wilson Hospital in Johnson City, NY.

He was predeceased by his parents Ward & Muriel (Drumm) Stevens; sister Gloria; and brother Craig.

Jerald is survived by his siblings Ward & Carolyn Stevens Jr., Lawrence & Denise Stevens, Richard Stevens, Jack Stevens, Randy Stevens, Louise & Pete Lail and Virginia & William Weber; many nieces, nephews, and grand nieces and nephews as well as many cousins.

Jerald was born in Hancock, NY and graduated from Deposit Central High School. After high school he worked as a carpenter and a stone quarryman locally. Jerald was an excellent cook and made delicious meals for his family. He also enjoyed the outdoors and deer hunting. Jerald will be dearly missed by his loving family and friends.

The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 78 Second St. Deposit, NY, on Thursday, August 3, 2023, from 2pm to 4pm.

Interment will directly follow in Hale Eddy Cemetery.
