Jerry Nagle Carlin, “PA” to his family, of Deposit, NY, 80, passed away peacefully at his home on Friday, November 18, 2022. Jerry was born April 9, 1942 to the late Paul and Rosella Carlin.  Jerry was one of nine children. He was predeceased by his wife, Joyce (Vandermark) Carlin.

He is survived by his children; daughters Hope (Larry) Boyle, April (Eric) Linkroum. Sons; Sean Carlin, Brad (Pat) Hubbard. Grandchildren; Jazmine, Jade, Layla, Sophie, Jovie, Scarlet, Maggie, and Renee’ as well as many nieces and nephews.  His greatest love was that of his grandchildren to which he adored each one.

Jerry proudly served in the NAVY during Vietnam and loved to share his stories.  He worked many years in construction as well as in local factories including Bard-Parker and Indian Country.

He was a very avid outdoorsman who loved to hunt and fish.  He and wife were known by many for down-home venison cooking recipes.

There will be a private ceremony to be held later at a later date.
