Jo Ann Bice, 75,  of Deposit, NY passed away Tuesday March 28, 2023 at the Ideal Senior Living Center in Endicott, NY after an illness.

She was predeceased by her husband Rod Bice; Parents Marilyn (VanPelt) & John Tarbox; Stepfather Richard Gifford, Sr.; Sisters & Brother-in-law Jonnie & Melvin Reed, Marilyn (Mert) Tarbox; Brother Jimmy Tarbox, Sr.

Jo Ann is survived by Son & Daughter-in-law John & Barb Dowd; Daughter & Son-in-law Lynn & Paul Bowling; Grandchildren Trevor Bowling, Ann Bowling, Kyle Bowling, Kaitlyn Dowd, Taylor Dowd, Hanna Dowd, and Zach Dowd; Great Grandchildren Jackson Black, Olivia Black; Siblings Karen (Jay) Homan, Judy Gould, Kevin (Deb) Tarbox, Kim Wormuth, Kathy (Rick) Snyder, Richard (Michele ) Gifford, Jr. and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She worked for Putnam Publishing Company for many years before her retirement. Jo Ann was a loving mother, sister, grandmother and will be deeply missed.

A celebration of life will be held at the convenience of the family this summer.
