Joey Harry Vandermark Of Deposit, NY The family of Joe H. Vandermark would like to announce his passing. He lost his battle with cancer on Sunday, May 23, 2021 at home with his loving wife and close family by his side. He was born January 27, 1958. He was a lifelong resident of Deposit. Joe was a dedicated worker in the Printing Business for many years and took pride in his work. He loved yard sales, flea markets, casinos and lottery. He also enjoyed being outdoors and doing yardwork. Joe had a very big immediate and extended family. He is survived by his loving wife Anette Vandermark; mother Arlene Vandermark; son Joey Vandermark; step children Shannon Mills, Samantha Mills, Shawna Mills; 2 beautiful grandkids that were the light of his life, Anthony Giacalone and Brooklyn Giacalone; daughter Melissa Vandermark; very dear friend Ruthie Palmatier; siblings John Vandermark, James Vandermark, Cindy Fairbairn, Jay Vandermark and Jane Mills; and several special nieces and nephews. Joe was predeceased by his father John Vandermark; and 2 nephews Jimmy Vandermark and Mikey Mills. A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, June 5, 2021 at 1:00pm at the Episcopal Church, 14 Monument Street, Deposit, NY 13754. The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday, June 5, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 am. Burial will be at Anthony’s Cemetery in North Sanford, followed by a gathering and food at the Episcopal Church.
