Jonathan J. Hafele, 27, of Deposit, NY passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, August 18, 2022.

He was born in Sidney, NY on August 16, 1995.

He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather James Hafele.

Jonathan is survived by his parents John Hafele & Cathy Shackelton and Melody & Matt Ryan; sister Christine Hafele; Grandmother Joyce Hafele; two nieces, Kinsley and Emma; companion Laura Dublynn and her daughter Jessy; several aunts, uncles, and cousins; and his beloved dog and faithful friend Savage.

Jonathan graduated from Deposit Central High School. He also attended BOCES and completed the HERO Program. Jonathan was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed hunting fishing and being a “Country Boy”. He also had a loved for anything with wheels from cars, dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, ect. Jonathan was a loving son, brother, and uncle who had a heart of gold and will be dearly missed.

A Private Service will be held at the convenience of the family.
