Joseph L. Rogers III (Joey), 32, of Lanesboro, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at his home.

He was predeceased by his biological mother Rachel Price; and grandparents Dorothy Torre and Joseph Rogers Sr.

Joseph is survived by his father and mother Joseph & Kimberly Rogers Jr.; siblings Dezdae Rogers and Malachi Rogers; grandparents William & Catherine Madden; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Joseph was born in Honesdale, PA on July 26, 1992. He graduated from Susquehanna Community High School and Elk Lake Vocational Technical School. After school Joseph worked as an over the road truck driver which he enjoyed but was always happy to return home. He loved spending time with his loving family and close friends. Joseph treasured his dogs. He also enjoyed riding dirt bikes and hanging out with his close-knit group of friends. Joseph will be dearly missed.

There will be no funeral services at this time.

The family will decide on a private gathering at a later date.
