Joshua Stephen Richter Of Susquehanna, PA Joshua S. Richter, 37 of Susquehanna, PA passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, September 1, 2021. He was predeceased by maternal grandparents Thomas & Chris Wilson; paternal grandparents Wallace & Beverly Richter; aunt Nancie Madaio. Joshua is survived by his parents Stephen & Patricia (Wilson) Richer; sister Amanda Schff; nieces and nephews Julian Puskarich, Ada Schff, Graham Schff, and Evie Schff; beloved dog Charlie; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins. Joshua graduated in 2002 from F.D. Roosevelt High School in Hyde Park, NY. He was a mechanic all of his life; he truly enjoyed working on cars. One of his true passions was working on older model cars with his father. Most important to Josh was spending time with his family. He was kind, compassionate and wore his heart on his sleeve. Joshua was very much loved and will be dearly missed by his friends and family. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
