Katherine Anne Parsons Of Deposit, NY Anne Parsons 78, of Deposit, NY passed away on Tuesday, April 13, 2021. Anne was predeceased by her parents T G. & Charlotte (Kraus) Parsons. She is survived by sister & brother-in-law Carolyn & Ward Stevens; and nephew Brian Stevens (Sarah). Anne was born in Binghamton, NY and moved to Deposit in 1954. She graduated from Deposit Central High School. Following high school Anne attended Orange County Community College in Middletown, NY. Anne worked at the Deposit Free Library since high school and was still currently working there. She was the Town of Sanford, NY historian for a number of years. Anne also was a member of the Deposit Historical Society where she currently was still serving on the board. She was dedicated member of community and will be dearly missed. A Vigil will be held in Anne’s honor on Monday evening at 8:00pm at the Deposit Free Library, 159 Front St. Deposit, NY 13754. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Anne’s name to the Deposit Free Library, 159 Front St. Deposit, NY 13754 or the Deposit Historical Society, C/O Terry Raymond 40 Laurel Bank Ave.Deposit, NY 13754.
