Kathleen D. Burrows Of Windsor, NY   Kathleen D. (Schumeyer) Burrows of Windsor, NY passed away on Sunday, August 11, 2019 with her loving family by her side. She left behind her mother Marie G. Flora; her sisters Mary J. Karcher, Laurie Scanlon, Sue A. Flora and Michaela McHugh. She is also survived by her step-children Carl H. Burrows and April Burrows; her best friend Pat Nelson-Correnle and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Michael J. Flora, spouse Carl T. Burrows and niece Trina A. Fuller. Kathy grew up in Sherman, PA and graduated from Deposit Central School class of 72’. She loved riding her horses Jerry & Penny; participating in horse shows and taking trail rides on her Dad’s horse Tootie. She loved gardening (especially flowers), crocheting, baking and making children happy. She loved the holidays and decorating for all the seasons; shopping and gift giving. She loved to dress up and travel the back roads of Deposit, Susquehanna, and Windsor while listening to upbeat music. She worked at many trades; she was a Florist, solderer and worked at various manufacturing companies in the area. She even drove tractor trailer for a while! She will always be remembered for her carefree spirit and her love for family and children. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
