Linda Lou Markiewicz

Linda L. Markiewicz Of Deposit, NY   Linda L. Markiewicz, beloved daughter of Robert and Marjorie Vaughn (Burleson) of Deposit, NY, passed away peacefully on January 25, 2020 after a long fight from complications from diabetes and renal failure. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Gary Markiewicz and her five children; Tammy Peck, Gary Markiewicz II, Sandy Markiewicz, Susan Markiewicz, and Amy Markiewicz; 11 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren. Born in Deposit, she was a lifelong resident and graduate from Deposit, NY. She was a hardworking, strong willed, kind hearted, caring soul. She loved her family, her horses and all animals, especially her corgis. She will very much be missed by her family. Everyone who met Linda loved her for her kind gentile soul. She always put others first and always made her loved ones feel special and loved. A Graveside Service will be at the Laurel Hill Cemetery, Deposit, NY at a later date.
