  Margaret “Meg” Anderson Of Great Bend, PA    Margaret L. Anderson, 86, of Great Bend, PA, formerly of Susquehanna, PA, passed away on Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at the Wilson Memorial Hospital, in Johnson City, NY, after an illness. Meg was predeceased by her first husband, Donald Conklin and second husband Thomas C. Anderson; and one brother William G. Thomas. She is survived by her three daughters and son-in-laws Sherry and Gary VanVraken, Sally and Chip Hunt, and Amy and Patrick MacConnell, six grandchildren Bartt and Eileen Pinchuck, C.J., John and Tom Hunt, Paige and Gwen MacConnell; two great grandchildren Cole and Nolan Pinchuck; one sister-in-law Alyce Thomas; and many nieces and nephews. Meg always had a wonderful sense of humor that was appreciated by her family especially in trying times. She was an avid reader and loved books. Most of all Meg loved her dogs and spending time with her family who will sorely miss her. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1st 2013, at 3pm, at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna PA, with Rev. Anne Marie Meyerhoffer. Burial will be held in the Evergreen Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA. The family will receive friends at the Funeral Home on Saturday from 1 to 3pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susquehanna County Library.
