Margaret “Patsy” Nataline Of Susquehanna, PA Margaret “Patsy” (McGrath) Nataline, 93, died Friday, May 21, 2021 in Susquehanna, Pennsylvania. Patsy was a loving and devoted daughter, sister, wife, mother, godmother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt and friend who will be dearly missed. She was born in New York, New York, daughter of the late Patrick McGrath and Katherine (Purcell) (McGrath) Korsgren. In addition to her parents, Patsy was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, Angelo “Nick” Nataline; her step-father Sigfrid Korsgren in 1960 and brother Charles S. Korsgren in 2021. Patsy is survived by son and daughter-in-law John and Tamara Nataline, Millsboro, Delaware; daughter Kathleen Kropa, Kannapolis, North Carolina; sister Kathleen “Tully” Perry, Oakland Township; six granddaughters: Teresa Nataline and Jennifer Plott (Justin); Kasey DelliSanti (Angelo), Kalen Kropa (Andrew Poulin), Karley Burke (Ryan), Kinsey Kropa; great-grandson Jackson Plott; devoted nieces Brigette, Sigrid ,and Sharon; nieces, nephews, cousins, and extended family in Ireland. Following graduation from Vestal High School, Vestal, New York, Patsy worked for Rohr Aircraft Corporation, Chula Vista, California, as a clerical. Then she was employed by First and Farmers National Bank and Trust Company, Susquehanna, for several years as a secretary and teller. Finally, Patsy retired as co-owner and proprietor, along with her beloved Nick, of The Olde Colonial Inn restaurant/tavern in Oakland Township after 35 years. Patsy was a member of St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church, Susquehanna, for most of her adult life and St. John’s Women’s Club. Her Catholic faith and church activities were an integral part of her life. She enjoyed being with family, reading, golfing, and watching “her” New York Yankees baseball team on television. Patsy, who is very proud of her Irish heritage, traveled to Ireland in 1978 and 1993, accompanied by her “Aunt Peg” and sister Tully, respectively, where they enjoyed hospitality of their Irish relatives. The family would like to extend sincere thanks and appreciation to Dr. P. Patel and the Barnes-Kasson Hospital SNF staff for the wonderful care given to Patsy. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at St. John’s Church, Susquehanna, PA on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 11am. Private interment will be held in St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA. The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA, on Tuesday May 25, 2021 from 9am to 11am. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in Patsy’s memory to Barnes-Kasson SNF Activities Program, 2872 Turnpike Street, Susquehanna.
