  Margaret Perry Of Susquehanna, PA   Margaret Cizike Holzman Perry, of Susquehanna, PA passed away on December 9, 2018 at the Barnes Kasson SNF.  She was born on December 26, 1919 in Scranton, PA the daughter of the late John and Anna (Harcovitch) Cizike.  She was predeceased by her first husband, Albert F. Holzman Sr. in 1967 and her second husband Clair A. Perry in 2008.  Also by brothers John, Michael, George and Andrew, and sisters Delores Cizike, Anna Strenecky, Mary Martine, Eleanor Schindler, Lillian Plonski, and Helen Rorer.  She is survived by a loving daughter Lenore and R. Michael Keyes; grandchildren Michael and Sue Passetti, David and Laurie Passetti, Michael and Kim Keyes, Stephanie Rehberg; great grandchildren L. Cpl. Trevor Passetti (USMC) and wife Allison, Holly Passetti, and Anthony Passetti, Chase Sloan, Tyler and Olivia Basile, Mason and Konner Keyes; a son Albert Holzman Jr. and Deborah, grandchildren Erik Holzman, Ashley and Tony Mathews, and Amber Holzman and (fiancé) Cavender Neutze; sisters in law, Emma Holzman Klees, Betty Perry Robinson, and Kathleen Perry.  Also many nieces, nephews, and special friends, many of whom continued to write, visit, send flowers, cards, etc. throughout her illness. Marge graduated from Scranton Technical High School and held several jobs over her lifetime, including making military parachutes during WWII.  Her last job was as co-owner with her husband Clair, of the “Oak Shoppe,” a men’s and boy’s clothing store on Main St. in Susquehanna.  She was a past member of several organizations and despite her age, she remained very active and independent.  She loved taking care of her home, her garden, traveling, and baking.  But most of all she loved spending time with her family.  She never missed a family function and loved summers at The Lake.  She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who will be deeply missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered by Rev. David Cramer on Saturday December 15, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at the St. John’s Church in Susquehanna, PA.  Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery in Susquehanna.  The family will receive friends at Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave, Susquehanna on Friday December 14th from 4pm to 7 pm The family would like to thank Dr. P Patel and Kathy, Dr. B Patel, Dr. Samir Pancholy, and the entire staff at Barnes Kasson Hospital and SNF for the thoughtful, compassionate, respectful, and loving care that our mother/grandmother received over the past 2 years.  You are very special people.  In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to BK SNF Activities, c/o Loretta Fisher at BK Hospital SNF,  or St. John’s men’s club, c/o John Brown, Westfall Ave, Susquehanna, PA.
