“Pretty” Marie Conway, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2026, at her home surrounded by her family at the age of 92.

Marie was a married to the late Kennth Conway who was a lifelong resident of the Cannonsville, NY area. She was also predeceased by her son and daughter-in-law Kenneth & Suzanne Conway.

Marie is survived by her children Suzanne Conway, Steven Conway, and Larry & Barbara Conway; grandchildren, Lindsey, Melissa, Jason, Robert, Tracy, Jeff, KC, and Jay; and several great grandchildren.

She grew up in Long Island, NY, but her life was engulfed in the beautiful home her husband Kenneth of 38 years built where they raised their four children.

Marie was known by all for her funny, generous, and caring heart. Her family and friends cherished her humor and quick wit. There was never a dull moment when in her presence.

She worked 30 plus years for Bard-Parker where she made many friends. When she retired, she became a caregiver to the elderly.

Her grandchildren were the center of her life, especially Melissa, Jason, Lindsey, and KC.

Friends and extended family checked on her regularly.

She will be missed, by never forgotten.

At Marie’s request there will be no funeral services, interment will be held in McClure Cemetery at later date.
