Marilyn W. Hess, 77, of Deposit, NY passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022, at UHS Wilson Hospital in Johnson City, NY.

She was predeceased by her husband Wayne Hess; Son Daniel Hess; parents Hereld S. & Doris Warner; and 4 siblings.

Marilyn is survived by children Jean Hess, Susan Hess (Frank Santa Cruz), Kevin W. Hess (Lynnea Milley), and Travis Dingee (Lauren); grandchildren Kateryna, Dominique, Alexander, and Dylan; great granddaughters Elanora and Gianna; brother John (Jo Ann) Warner; sister Judy (Chuck) Miller; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Marilyn was born and raised in Deposit, NY and graduated from Deposit Central High School. After high school Marilyn married the love of her life Wayne Hess and began her family. She coached girls’ softball and was a 4H leader for many years. Marylin was a member of the United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. She enjoyed crocheting, quilting, sewing, and watching baseball with her husband. Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and sister who will be dearly missed.

There will be a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 19, 2022 at 1:00pm followed by a Celebration of Life at The Masonic Hall, 206 Front Street, Deposit, NY.
