Marion Joyce Galloway

Marion Joyce GallowayOf Susquehanna, PA   Marion Joyce Galloway, went home to be with her Lord on Friday, April 29, 2016 at the age of 85.  She was born on December 27, 1930, the daughter of the late James and CoraBelle MacDonald.  Marion was predeceased by her brothers Peter and Richard MacDonald and her son Michael.  She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Lewis O. Galloway, her son and his wife Lewis and Marilyn, 4 grandsons, Jason and Michelle, Aaron and Kristen, Nathan and Robin and Ryan and Amanda, three great grandchildren, Aiden, Torin and Fiona Galloway, also her brother Philip MacDonald and sisters Jean Lowden and Cindy Carvin and special friend Lois Hilkert as well as many close friends from her church family.  Marion worked at Barnes Kasson Hospital, in Susquehanna, for several years as a Nurse’s Aide and was active in the Brushville Baptist Church, teaching Sunday school and serving where needed.  A memorial service will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.  Donations can be made in Marion’s memory to the Brushville Baptist Church, 4572 Brushville Road, Susquehanna, PA 18847
