Patricia A. Hammer, 81, of Jackson, PA, peacefully passed away on December 20, 2025, at Barnes Kasson Hospital in Susquehanna, PA. Born on May 13, 1944, in Philadelphia, PA, Patricia lived a life rich with love.

She was the devoted wife of Norman Hammer, with whom she shared an enduring love for 60 wonderful years. Patricia was a proud mother to her six children: Eileen Daurizio, Kathy Jones, Noolene Hammer, Darlene Hammer, Norman Hammer Jr., and Joan Hammer. The legacy of her love extends further through her 12 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren, who will remember her fondly and carry her spirit with them as they continue to grow.

Patricia found joy playing Bingo at the Thompson Hose Company in Thompson, PA, where her laughter and enthusiastic spirit drew many to her side. In addition to her love for Bingo, she enjoyed bowling and cultivating her garden, both of which brought her a great sense of fulfillment. Even in quieter moments, she found solace in watching her beloved soap operas, a pastime that added a touch of drama and excitement to her daily life.

Though Patricia is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Angelina Kret, she leaves behind her adoring husband, children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and her brother Michael Kret. She will be dearly missed by her loving family, who will carry her memory in their hearts forever.
