Patricia “Pat” Dale Hubbard, age 71 passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. Pat went to be with our Lord after a courageous battle with Leukemia.

She was predeceased by her mother Yvonne Shofkom, father Faris Shofkom, daughter Lisa Hubbard and brother Kenneth Shofkom.

Pat was survived by her husband Bradley “Butch” Hubbard, Daughter Renee (Scott) Conklin, Granddaughter Courtney (Sal) Conklin, and Grandson Camden (Kayla) Conklin, sisters Carol (Dave) Weymonth, Nancy (Henry) Davidson.
Pat grew up on the farm with her hard-working parents and was considered a daddy’s girl. She graduated from Deposit Central School, class of 71’ and married her high school sweetheart shortly after. On Aug 21st 2022, her and Butch celebrated 51 years of marriage. Pat held many jobs before retirement but her most devoted job was being the mother of her two girls. She then became a second mom to her grandchildren and was very active in their daily lives. In her final days, she looked forward to walking through Heavens gates and being reunited with her daughter.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 3, 2023, at 2pm at Sherman Bible Chapel, 10 Center St. Deposit, NY, 13754.

The family will receive friends at the Church on Saturday, June 3, 2023, from Noon till 2pm.

Interment will be held in the Balls Eddy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Eastern Broome EMS, P.O. Box 434 Windsor, NY 13865.
