Patricia Marie Tarbox

    Patricia Marie TarboxOf Susquehanna, PA  Patricia Marie Tarbox, 82, of Susquehanna, PA, passed away Tuesday, April 23, 2013, at home, after an illness. She was born the daughter of the late Lee and Katherine (Mullins) Hillis. Patricia was predeceased by her loving husband Glenn E. Tarbox; two sons Michael and Mark Tarbox; two sisters Lorraine Pickering and Patty Hillis; and two brother-in-laws Edward Wood and Ivan Pickering. She is survived by her four sons David (Cheryl) Tarbox, Matthew (Karen) Tarbox, James Tarbox, and John Tarbox; a daughter-in-law Jackie Tarbox;  one brother Fred Hillis; two sisters Marge Wood and Rita Hillis; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Patricia was a member of the St. John’s Church in Susquehanna, PA, as well as a member of the Redhats. She was a loving mother and grandmother who will be deeply missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered at the St. John’s Church, in Susquehanna, PA, on Monday, April 29, 2013, at 10 am, with Rev. David Cramer officiating. Burial will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeside, PA. The family will receive friends at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave. Susquehanna, PA, on Sunday, April 28th, 2013, from 4 to 7pm. The family would like thank Dr. DeWitt and his staff as well as the Hospice of the Sacred Heart for their care and comfort of Patricia during her illness.
