Phyllis Frances White Of Susquehanna, PA Phyllis Frances White, 85, of Susquehanna, PA, passed away on Sunday, November 11, 2012 at home after an illness. She was born in Susquehanna, the daughter of the late Peter and Fulvia DeLarco. She was predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Frank E. White, who was the love of her life, brothers Emanuel and Trieste DeLarco, sister Reggetta (Peggy) Lee. Phyllis is survived by a brother and sister-in-law; Lorenzo and Fern Delarco, Florida, sister Louise Wayman, Binghamton, NY, sister-in-law; Lena Rinker, Hallstead, PA, she was loved and cared for by her nieces and nephews; George and Patricia Newberry and Emanuel and Janette DeLarco. She was loved by her many other nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great grandchildren and friends who really loved her. Known as Aunt Frances, she loved fishing trips to Canada every year with her family and gardening and planning family get-togethers. Her greatest joy was a trip to breakfast every morning with her sister-in-law. She was a very kind person and was always thinking of others before herself. Phyllis was also a member of St. John’s Church of Susquehanna, PA. The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 16, 2012, at 11am at the Hennessey’s Funeral Home, 747 Jackson Ave., Susquehanna, PA with Rev. David Cramer officiating. Burial will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Susquehanna, PA. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Thursday evening from 6 to 8pm. Please consider donations to the Humane Society.
